OUR PROGRAM
The purpose of our program is to help raise awareness to inform people on human trafficking and ways they can help victims. We will take the money donated and use it to help provide victims with rehab services if they are traumatized and to give them a place to stay for the time being to help them get back on their feet.
FACTS
According to the U.S. State Department, 600,000 to 800,000 people are trafficked across international borders every year, of which 80% are female and half are children.
Almost 20% of all trafficking victims are children.
79% of human trafficking is related to sexual exploitation.
Human trafficking is the third largest international crime industry (behind illegal drugs and arms trafficking).
